The key role of the events assistant will be to support the event planner/s with all related event planning, event coordination, event decoration, material preparation, meetings and related activities.
Requirements
1-2 Years of experience in event assistance, event management, office administration or office management
Excellent multitasking skills
Exception customer service skills
Exceptional time management skills
Extreme attention to detail
Fluency in English (other languages beneficial)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel & PowerPoint
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams beneficial
Reliable transportation is required
Strong communication skills
Strong organisation skills
